Build a Way of Working
That Actually Works
Your people are capable.
They’re committed.
They care about doing great work.
But they’re stuck in environments filled with constant interruptions, unclear priorities, and an expectation to always be “on.”
So even your best people end up:
- Working longer hours just to keep up
- Pushing meaningful work into nights and weekends
- Feeling busy all day, but not making real progress
And over time, that leads to burnout, disengagement, and turnover.
It’s like tossing more and more tennis balls at them and expecting them to catch every single one.

This Work Is Personal
Jenna didn’t come to this work from theory.
She lived it.
She spent years working long days, then logging back on at night just to keep up. During the day, she was constantly responding to everyone else. Her own work got pushed later.
At first, it felt normal. Even necessary.
But over time, it stopped working.
She was always busy, but not making progress on what mattered most. Work followed her into the evenings. And even when she wasn’t working, it was still on her mind.
Then came a moment she couldn’t ignore.
She was reading to her young child and got the words wrong, not because she didn’t know them, but because she was exhausted.
That’s when it clicked.
This wasn’t just about productivity. It was about presence.
Because the only people who remember how much you worked are the people you weren’t fully there for.
What She Discovered
Jenna started studying what actually drives productivity and performance.
She combined neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and behavioral research with 800+ working professionals to understand what separates people who are constantly overwhelmed from those who consistently make meaningful progress. As a Full Focus Certified Professional and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, she brought a whole-person lens to that research, understanding that sustainable performance isn’t just about systems. It’s about the human inside them.
What she found was simple: Productivity isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building a system — one that aligns how you think, how you work, and the environment you’re in.
From that research, she developed two proprietary frameworks: the CRAFT Framework, which gives individuals a repeatable system for protecting their focus and doing their best work, and the Focus Culture Framework, which helps leaders build the conditions where entire teams can perform that way.
What This Means for Your Team

They get meaningful work done during the day

They stop relying on nights and weekends to keep up

They feel more focused, clear, and in control

They perform at a higher level, consistently
And just as importantly, they can sustain it.
